This complimentary 15-minute discovery call is an opportunity to connect, ask questions, and explore whether Ayurvedic care is the right fit for your wellness goals. During this brief call, we will discuss your primary concerns, health intentions, and what you hope to gain from working together. I will also share how Ayurvedic consultations work, what to expect from an initial session, and how personalized recommendations may support balance in your daily life. This call is not a full consultation and does not include individualized health recommendations. Rather, it is a chance for us to meet, determine if my approach aligns with your needs, and ensure you feel comfortable moving forward with care. If it feels like a good fit, we can discuss next steps and scheduling a full Ayurvedic consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Appointment Policy At Tierra Santosha, each session is thoughtfully prepared and reserved exclusively for you. To honor both your time and the integrity of the practice: • A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next guest. The full-service investment remains applicable. By booking, you agree to these terms. Refund & Package Policy All sessions and packages are considered wellness services rendered and are non-refundable. Prepaid packages: • Are non-refundable • May be transferred upon written approval • Must be used within the stated validity period If concerns arise, communication within 24 hours is welcomed so they may be addressed with care.
