Services

All services provided, including Ayurvedic consultations, massage therapy, and bodywork sessions, are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

If you have concerns about your session, we encourage you to contact us so we can address your experience and determine an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be charged the full session fee and are not eligible for a refund.

Prepaid Services

If a service is prepaid and you need to cancel with the required notice, the payment may be:

• Applied to a rescheduled appointment, or

• Issued as account credit for a future service

Refunds to the original payment method are not typically issued unless required by law.

Packages or Promotional Offers

Packages, discounted services, or promotional offers may have specific terms and are generally non-refundable once purchased. Unused sessions may expire according to the terms provided at the time of purchase.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. They may be used toward eligible services offered by Tierra Santosha Wellness.

Practitioner Cancellation

If Tierra Santosha needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients will be offered the option to:

• Reschedule the service, or

• Receive a full refund if payment was made in advance.
