You will receive personalized recommendations that may include customized nutrition guidance, herbal support suggestions, daily (dinacharya) practices, gentle yoga recommendations and lifestyle adjustments that promote sustainable balance. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Appointment Policy At Tierra Santosha, each session is thoughtfully prepared and reserved exclusively for you. To honor both your time and the integrity of the practice: • A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next guest. The full-service investment remains applicable. By booking, you agree to these terms. Refund & Package Policy All sessions and packages are considered wellness services rendered and are non-refundable. Prepaid packages: • Are non-refundable • May be transferred upon written approval • Must be used within the stated validity period If concerns arise, communication within 24 hours is welcomed so they may be addressed with care.
